Cradle cap is very common in babies. In fact, it is reported that approximately 50% of all babies suffer from this condition at some time, usually during the first couple of weeks of the infant’s life.
Cradle cap is a disease of the scalp characterised by greasy, yellow scaly patches on the skin of the scalp. The condition is temporary and harmless but doesn’t look very nice, so Metanium has added Metanium Cradle Cap Cream to the range, offering a treatment that is both easy to apply and highly effective.
To use: apply sparingly onto the affected scalp. Wash off the cream after a half hour to two hour period depending on the severity of cradle cap. For babies up to 12 months the cream should be left on for a maximum of half an hour. If a second treatment is needed, wait seven days before re-applying.
